Proverbs 17:1 Better a dry crust with peace and quiet than a house full of feasting with strife
*peace and quiet = the Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ
*a house full of feasting with strife = wealth and cares without Jesus!
Jesus is Better #2
Conclusion from Scripture and life: We work by grace. We work through grace. Grace by the Spirit is the means. We work because of grace. We do receive grace because we work by faith but grace and love are the motivators. God's reward/ blessing is the motivator, not earthly gain alone.
